Payment

Payment may be made via VISA or MasterCard. Sales Tax applies to all California sales and shipments except for resellers for whom we have on file a valid reseller exemption certificate.

Shipping

All items are shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx NextDay Air. Shipping & handling charges are additional and included in your order total.

Each item's product description includes an estimate of the time it takes for the item to be ready for FedEx pick-up.  Please allocate enough time for your order to arrive. If you need the item by a certain day, you may say so in the COMMENTS field and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Returns

If you are not pleased with any product we will refund your purchase price within 14 days. Please get authorization from Shayla Su before returning any item by writing to orders@shaylasu.com. All damage and shortage claims must be made within 14 days of receiving shipment.

Backorders

Because each piece is unique and handmade, we do not hold large quantities of each item. In the event of an unexpected delay, you will be notified by email.

All information gathered by shaylasu.com through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timely manner possible. If you need to change anything about your order – shipping address, phone number, etc. please e-mail call us.  Any general questions will be answered as soon as possible.
